
Cathy Scott is a veteran US true crime author, award-winning journalist, public speaker, and presenter of writers’ workshops. Her books have been reprinted in the U.K. and in Poland. Scott’s work has taken her to Somalia, Saudi Arabia and Panama, as well as all over the U.S. Her last major assignment was to the Gulf region to cover Hurricane Katrina and the largest animal rescue in history for Best Friends Animal Society‘s magazine and web site.
